The Woodend Farmers Market has a large selection of stalls and produce, and is setup along the main road through Woodend (next to the Community Centre) on the first Saturday of each month. So as you can guess, the first Saturday of the month mornings can quite often be a bit of a mad dash for us as we like to get to both the Daylesford and Woodend Farmers Markets because both have great offerings.

This is another of the farmers markets that we use to get fresh produce from for our cooking classes. There is always a fine selection of fresh vegetables, various meats (pork, beef, and lamb) from local farms, locally made produce, and sometimes they even get a visit from Portarlington Mussells.
