You will find the Holgate Brewhouse only about a 40 minutes drive from Shepherds Flat in the township of Woodend. Now if you are serious about beer then you seriously have to go here. After all, how good is a pub that brews its own beer!!

You will be amazed at how many beers (their own) that they have on tap, but if you are driving do not get too carried away as there are a number of these beers with some seriousm alcohol levels of more than 8%!!
